Interior Decorator

I was raised in Colorado flipping houses with my parents before it became popular. Both my mother and father are Interior Decorators and I was immediately drawn to the art. I married my husband 25 years ago and moved to Houston where we have raised two fine young men. While being a stay-at-home mom I developed my own style, infusing warm earthy textures and clean lines creating a more modern design in our home. I started working part-time in 2006 as an Interior Decorator and Professional Organizer, primarily on a referral basis. My first year in this industry, I began to expand my interest in different styles such as French Provincial, Industrial, Farmhouse, Shabby Chic, Mid-Century Modern, and Art Deco. With every project, my design styles evolve and expand. I love to stretch the boundaries of conventional design. I always incorporate something a bit unexpected, perhaps even quirky, for every client making their finished space truly one of a kind. In January of 2015, Adamson Designs was officially launched and we are experiencing more growth than we could have anticipated. We are both excited and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do what we love and work with so many wonderful clients.
